CMstat

System Integration Services for CDRL, Configuration & Data Management Solutions

To fully gain the benefits of the CMstat Database of Authority® it is recommended that the system be interfaced with upstream systems such as CAD for automatic uploading of parts lists information, document control, etc., and downstream systems, e.g. ERP, MRP, ILS, etc. to ensure those systems are continuously updated with the latest change information on parts, documents, etc.

By integrating CMstat with downstream systems, users of those applications may be assured the information they’re receiving is accurate and up to date without having to log into a second system to verify data quality.
CMstat builds real-time interfaces based on event triggers such as a new document release, action item, change execution, etc. This method eliminates the inefficiencies of manual data entry and uploading and nightly batch loads.

Similar to our Legacy Data Migration task, integration with an external system will be offered, with the proper information given, on a firm fixed price basis.

The integration task is broken down into Data Mapping wherein the elements to be moved are identified, directions are established, data validations are confirmed and the events that trigger the data integration and movement are identified and mapped.

This phase is normally five to ten working days depending upon the size and complexity of the integration. Once the map and associated requirements are approved by both parties, CMstat will begin the interface construction.

The interface construction phase includes development, testing and QA, installation at customer site, customer IT training on the interface and documentation. Customers have the option to support the interface in-house, or pay annual support for the interface.
