What used to be sequential, time consuming and difficult to accomplish is now intuitive, natural and in real-time within a fully collaborative web environment.

• Participants can get a handle on document version control and review documents in real-time, by holding online meetings from anywhere in the world.

• View and markup different types of documents/drawings without having or using the original application. Mark-ups and annotations are non-destructive (i.e. the original document is never changed). Rather, the markups, annotations and comments are saved to the CMvault, providing a history of suggested changes.
• Enhance document collaboration by enabling all attendees to create markups simultaneously, each in their own layer.
• Support a multi-layer markup paradigm where each meeting attendee's annotations are stored on a separate layer for easy individual review and group review.
• Annotations can be shared between the desktop and server-based solutions.

Your documents are secured in our Distributed Vault System. CMstat allows you to set up multiple vaults, each with their own permission set. This approach and the multiple vault system allows you to set document security and control permissions and decide if and where supply chain partners can access information. While viewing metadata may be acceptable, you may wish to keep the actual documents or drawings for a particular project or product private.
