The SIRT Import & Update Utility enables you to automate data input, drastically reducing labor hours and ensuring accurate data transfer, while maintaining database integrity. SIRT provides the foundation for mapping an external system's data for uploading into CMstat.

Containing hundreds of database rules, SIRT validates the data against the database rules and provides a final review for the administrator prior to input. SIRT will not allow you to import bad or duplicate data and provides a log file to ensure your existing data is protected.

Data Change Utility (DCU)

Global Data Management Utility for the System Administrator

The DCU is a powerful tool that can change or correct primary data such as Drawing Number, Drawing Type, Drawing CAGE, etc. that cannot be edited from the standard CMstat GUI.

Whether fixing erroneous entries, standardizing new project data or cleaning up parts of your database (e.g. CAGE Codes), the DCU provides a safe and easy method to address records individually, or on a global basis. With DCU, you can even "peel the onion" and roll back incorporated changes to repair an historical revision while maintaining data integrity.

As with all CMstat database utilities, a complete activity log is available for back-up. To further ensure security, the DCU operator must have System Administrator privileges.

Database Extraction Utility (D2D)

The D2D Utility automates the process of extracting Product Data from a "source" database and creating an entirely new discreet "target " Database.

The System Administrator, when selecting an assembly, is assured that all associated Parts, Document, Change and Historical information is automatically marked and ready for extraction. D2D also gives the opportunity to deselect certain data prior the extraction.

Once executed, the new discreet Target Database is populated with all data relationships intact. Whether creating new projects or programs or providing supply chain partners with BOM information, the D2D simplifies the process and ensure data accuracy.
