As a fully-integrated module, meetings are created within CMstat. At meeting time, document images are pulled from the vault to a secure web meeting room for the design review meeting.

Users may view and markup different types of documents or drawings without having or using the original application. Mark-ups and annotations are non-destructive; i.e. the original document is never changed. Rather, the markups, annotations and comments are saved to the CMvault, providing a history of suggested changes.

Collaboration provides state-of-the-art viewing and markup features: Pan, Zoom, Rotate, Birds eye view, etc. and supports over 200 file formats including major CAD systems such as Pro-E, Catia, AutoCad in both 2D & 3D.

Additional functionality includes dimensions/measurement, cross sections, selection of topology (such as edges, vertices or faces), polling and meeting minute capture.
