CMstat was founded in 1989 with the mission of providing Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Hardware Configuration Management software to the Aerospace & Defense industry.

At a time when companies were rapidly moving away from mainframe computers to the cost effective client-server architecture, CMstat developed the first COTS CM solution to support the new technology.

Through the years, CMstat's functionality continued to expand with inputs from its rapidly growing customer base.

In 2002, TPT Technologies, Inc was formed to purchase the asset of the CMstat Corporation and take its software products to the next level.

Since that time, the CMstat application has been totally redeveloped into the new CMstat PDM^Plus. Supporting Oracle and now, SQLserver, databases, PDM^Plus provides end to end Product Data Management in a web-enabled environment.

Also during this time, EPOCH DM was developed and released as the first EIA-859 compliant web-native Contract Deliverables Management (CDRL) application to support not only the Aerospace & Defense industry, but any industry whose product development is closely regulated by the Government.

The EPOCH architecture is an Enterprise class backbone designed to support a variety of vertical solutions. Currently under development is EPOCH PLM due for initial release in Q1 2012.

TPT Technologies, Inc continues to develop new solutions and new capabilities to support its expanding customer base. The addition of software partners, Flux Corporation, for advanced Business Process Management (BPM) and eReview for Collaborative Document Review, has further expanded the functionality of both CMstat and EPOCH through integrations with their products.
