Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) Training

CMstat offers training on the system ERD (Schema) to assist customer’s in extending the use of the system and to further enhance their investment.

ERD training is beneficial to those customers who intend to make extensive use of the embedded Custom Report Builder and other data integration activities such as, importing mass data for new projects, constructing their own external system interfaces, and gaining a better understanding of the database to enhance their troubleshooting capabilities.

Upon completion of the course, the customer is issued a “confidential” supported copy of the ERD which is subject to the terms and conditions of the Software License Agreement and the Non-Disclosure Agreement in affect between their company and CMstat.

Who Should Attend:	The course is be attended by one IT resource and one CM/Engineering resource
Pre-requisites:	The IT resource should have a basic understanding of Oracle and SQL, as well as familiarity with the CMstat system. The CM/Engineering is generally the CMstat System Administrator who have completed Basic User, and System Administrator training.
