CMstat System Administrator Training

CMstat offers two types of System Administrator training. During the System Set-up phase of the initial implementation of CMstat, the customer appointed System Administrator(s) receive hands-on training as they sit with CMstat resources performing the actual set- up of the system. Initial system set-up is usually accomplished in three to four days.

The second type of System Administrator training, described below, is designed as either a refresher course, or for those new System Administrators who have been assigned configuration management responsibilities and are taking over a CMstat system that is already in production.

Who Should Attend:	Personnel responsible for the administration of the V5 Product suite.
Pre-requisites:	CST-0110/CST-0115, CMstat V5 Basic User Training. No programming or Oracle experience is required for this course.
Course Description:	Provides detailed education and hands-on training of all aspects of the CMsetup module and system administration capabilities. This session focuses on configuring the CMstat system for optimum use within your organization including setting up, and maintenance, of Users and Groups, assigning permissions, configuring the system defaults, and tailoring the application for organization specific requirements.
